Delegate MessageTransformerAsync

A delegate that a client can register that will be called to preprocess messages allowing the client to modify message properties and/or transform a message from one type to another, StreamMessage to TextMessage, ObjectMessage to TextMessage containing XML, etc. Return null or original message if no change.
